Hello! Sorry I haven’t been consisted with updates, but life really does get in the way. Especially with so much going on. Truth be told, we have also been enjoying the snow a little too much to stay in and update the blog. Not to worry, today I will be updating you on everything we have planned for the next couple of weeks.
First of all, we will be moving. Again. Not because the house we’re living in right now is too small to fit our growing family but because during this pandemic Aleix changed jobs. His new company is based north of London and for now he’s working from home and will continue to do so for the time being. However, eventually he will be going back to the office and we don’t want him to be driving 4h to and from work every day. The good news we have finally found a house! It took us a while, but we finally got there. We will be moving towards the end of March so I will post some pictures of the house then. A new house also means that I get to do up the nursery. Win/win!
Update nr 2 is that I am in my third trimester! I swear time really is flying in this pregnancy! It will soon be time to pack my hospital bag again. It’s so exciting! We will also get to see the face of our precious little girl next week as we’re going for a 3D/4D scan. We had one with Lucas and loved it. If you missed it you can find the link to it here. This will also be the first scan when Aleix will be able to come with me. Because of covid I had to go to all the scans alone. We are so curious to see if she will look like her daddy or me. 4 days left until we see you baby girl!
The last update is that next week we will also (hopefully) be going away. We make a point of going away every year for a city break during Valentine’s Day. This year, we obviously will not be flying anywhere but we will be going glamping in the beautiful English countryside. We have rented a cabin where we will be able to BBQ, go for walks, enjoy nature and each other’s company. I can’t wait! I will film a video whilst we’re there so I will also post a vlog about our little get away.
